Intramural sports are offered each year for 5th and 6th-grade students. The fee is $25.00 per year. There are four (4) different activities throughout the school year, and students do not have to participate in all activities. Each sport will meet from 7:30 am - 8:15 am or 3:35 pm-4:20 pm as noted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. One (1) permission slip will cover all activities for the 2026-27 school year. 

• Softball: Wednesday, August 26- Friday Oct. 2 (no Intramurals Sept.7, 18, 21, 28) 7:30 am-8:15 am

• Volleyball:  Wednesday, Nov. 4- Friday, Dec. 4 (no Intramurals Nov. 11, 25, 27) 7:30 am-8:15 am 

• Basketball:  Wednesday, Jan. 6- Wednesday, Feb. 3 Boys: 7:30 am-8:15 am Girls: 3:35 pm-4:20 pm

• Track: April 3- May 4 (no Intramurals April 16, 19) 7:30 am-8:15 am

  •  The All-District Track Meet is Monday, May 3rd, at Shawnee Heights High School. 

 Each student is responsible for their own transportation. Supervision for non-participating siblings IS NOT available. 

 The school district provides insurance for students while they are participating in school-sponsored activities. It is a co-insurance with your family policy, and the coverage is limited. 

 INTRAMURALS are designed to be a fun program for all levels of physical abilities. This program requires students to exhibit appropriate behavior during the limited 45-minute activity. This will allow our coaches and students to cover more of the basic fundamentals of the sport. Students who are unwilling to follow coaches' instructions will not be allowed to continue the program.
